Neubau Internistisches Zentralgebäude (Zentralbau II) Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig Das Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH beabsichtigt am Standort Eutritzsch zur Verbesserung der medizinischen Versorgung einen weiteren Zentralbau zu errichten. Lot 1: Bauvorhaben: Neubau Internistisches Zentralgebäude (Zentralbau II) Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH Delitzscher Straße 141, 04129 Leipzig Los: 2402 Umbau-Bestand - Lüftungstechnik, Dampferzeuger Das Klinikum St. Georg gGmbH beabsichtigt am Standort Eutritzsch zur Verbesserung der medizinischen Versorgung einen weiteren Zentralbau zu errichten. Das Baufeld befindet sich im rückwärtigen, westlichen Teil des Klinikums. Bestandteile der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen sind Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand, unter anderem: - Umbau von 3 AUL-Türmen (D=1.300 mm, H=4.600 mm) 3 Stück - Aufstellung eines Baugleichen AUL-Turmes 1 Stück - Montage eines AUL-Schalldämpfers 3 Stück - Austausch der Außenluftfilter der Zentralgeräte H20 10 Geräte - Installation von Elektrodampferzeugern (880 kg/h) 3 Stück - Installation von Dampf- und Kondensatleitungen aus V4A 250 m/DN1-50 - Demontage + Entsorgung vorh. Dampferzeuger + Zubehör 2 Stück Alle Bauteile verstehen sich inkl. den im LV beschriebenen Dienstleistungen.
