The Police Shared Services (PFT), hereafter called the contracting authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for impound and salvage services, lost property management, etc., and auctions. The contract covers three service areas: Service area 1: Impound and salvage services, lost property management, etc. Service area 2: Auction of vehicles and other means of transport. Service area 3: Sale of lost property and other goods. Lot 1: Impound and salvage services, lost property management, etc. Service area 1: Impound and salvage services, lost property management, etc., comprises, amongst other things, impound and salvage services, storing vehicles/goods, and management of lost property. See the tender documentation for further details. Service area 1: Impound and salvage services, lost property management, etc., is split into 12 sub-contracts, one sub-contract per police district. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, multiple or all of the sub-contracts. A contract will be signed with one tenderer for the sub-contract Oslo. A contract will be signed with two tenderers for impound and salvage services for the other sub-contracts, see the tender documentation for further information The total probable scope for all 12 sub-contracts is estimated to be approx. NOK 55 million excluding VAT in the contract period, including options. See the tender documentation for the estimated value per sub-contract. There can also be a greater need than the probable estimate, which could increase the scope to approx. NOK 10 million excluding VAT for all 12 sub-contracts. Service area 2: Auction of vehicles and other means of transport comprises auctions of various types of vehicles on behalf of the contracting authority. Service area 2: Auction of vehicles and other means of transport is split into 12 sub-contracts, one sub-contract per police district. Tenderers can submit tenders for one, multiple or all of the sub-contracts. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract. The total probable scope for all 12 sub-contracts is estimated to be approx. NOK 4.6 million excluding VAT in the contract period, including options.
