The University requires a Supplier to provide a superalloy material Inconel IN718 (IN718) for the manufacture of a set of upsetting dies. The upsetting dies will be used in a 2000 ton hydraulic press. The material supplier must be IN718. The required material must be rough-machined to remove the as-forged surface. The rough-machined material size is: 850mm (±5mm) x 710mm (±5mm) x 210mm (±5mm) The quantity required is: 2 This will allow the AFRC to machine the material to part size: 840mm x 700mm x 200mm
