Notice of intention to postpone a competitive procurement on the basis of 3 key principles: — patient need, — quality, and — efficiency. Postponing a competitive procurement for Stroke communication support services within the West Hampshire, North Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth CCGs footprint, which is due for a renewal with a new contract commencing from 1.4.2019. It also confirms the intention to award a new contract for a period of three years from 1.4.2019 until 31.3.2022.
