La ville comprend un ensemble de 43 caméras, 14 sont aujourd'hui déployées en fibre optique, les 29 autres le sont en hertzien (22 antennes existantes sur le système).Le marché se décompose en deux parties :Un marché ordinaire : Pour la maintenance qui est réglée par un prix global et forfaitaire (D.P.G.F.).Un accord-cadre : Pour la partie extension sans minimum et avec maximum de commande annuelle de 50 000 qui sont réglées par des prix unitaires (B.P.U.)Le critère prix du B.P.U de l'offre sera apprécié et noté sur la base d'un Dqe masqué, qui n'est pas transmis aux candidats dans le Dce
