Contract to undertake Periodic Electrical testing in accordance with Caredig's 5 year Testing programme, together with associated remedial works. The Contract also covers property rewires, replacement of electric heating and an Out of Hours Emergency repairs provision.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process. The Community Benefits included in this contract are:• Employment opportunities for local residents• Environmental improvements• Skills and training opportunities• Community engagement and participation initiatives
