Tender for Hawes Lane New Build Housing Rowley Regis New build housing scheme at Hawes Lane, consisting of 15 new dwellings- 3 no. 2 bed semi-detached house, 2 no. 3 bed semi-detached house, 1 no. 3 bed detached house, 1 no. 4 bed semi-detached house, 2 no. semi-detached bungalows and 2 no. block of flats consisting of 3nr flats each. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works. Works include: o Site strip and demolitions with adjustments to levels o Adjustment to storm/surface drainage o Adjustment to existing services o New incoming services o Trench fill foundation and contractor designed floor slab o New pitched roof, canopies, fascia, soffits and rainwater goods o External walls o External windows and doors o Internal walls o Ceilings, walls, floors finishes and decoration o Mechanical and electrical installations o Builders work in connection with services o Minor Hard and soft landscaping o Builders work associated with new incoming services o External works.
