Emergency and General Response for all electrical issues in the residential units to Cork City Council social housing stock, including houses apartments, associated communal areas and other Council facilities in the Cork City Council Administrative Area. This contract will also include periodic inspections to Public Access Lights and Fir Detection Systems. The proposed contractors will also have to assist the depots with electrical works in vacant house refurbishment. The total administration area will be split into 4 Lots geographically.
