Sähköenergian hankinta Keravan kaupungille. Lot 1: Tarjouspyyntö koskee Keravan kaupungin kohteita, joita on noin 350 kpl ja joiden arvioitu sähköenergian kulutus on yhteensä noin 16750 MWh vuodessa. Kohteet ovat kaupungin ja sen yhtiöiden omistamia sekä hallitsemia kiinteistöjä, kuten asuin-, terveydenhuolto-, opetus-, varasto-, varikko-, liikunta-, vapaa-ajan ja toimistorakennuksia. Lisäksi tarjouspyyntö sisältää Keravan kaupungin liikenneväylien ja ulkoilualueiden käyttämän sähköenergian hankinnan. Tarjouspyynnön liitteenä on summatuntisarja sopimukseen liiitettävistä käyttöpaikoista ajalla 1.1. - 31.12.2020. Käyttöpaikkaluettelo toimitetaan sopimuksen teon yhteydessä. Käyttöpaikkoja ja kulutusta koskevat arvot voivat tarjouksen voimassaoloaikana sekä sopimusaikana muuttua, eivätkä tässä tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut arvot ole tilaajaa sitovia. Kiinteä tarjoushinta pitää olla sidottu 28.10.2021 markkinahintatasoon.
