Media Monitoring and Contacts Database

Description

The British Council is seeking a single supplier to provide year-round media intelligence services for its Media & External Communications team based in the UK. The services to be provided are to include: a UK daily media monitoring service (broadcast, print, online); international media monitoring (online only); a comprehensive UK media contacts database (with licences for up to 10 people); a monthly insight/evaluation report; and an annual evaluation report. Further information can be found in the specific As part of the above requirement British Council also has requirement of further service requirement outside the UK to support its global requirement. For the purpose of this procurement British Council is only focusing on the UK but may expand to consolidate requirements outside the UK where the service provider awarded the contract may be able to support its global operations and is more cost effective then compared local solutions. Currently British Council has media monitoring requirements in all its regions where it operates so Asia Pacific, Americas, EU, Wider Europe, Middle East and North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.
