Ambulance / Specialist Vehicles and Equipment Supply Lease / Maintenance Framework

Link Treasury Services Ltd, trading as Link Group (Link), is managing the Framework on behalf of South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) and Links Clients. Link invited tenders for organisations to participate in a 48-month Agreement for the supply, conversion, lease and maintenance of Ambulance and Specialist Vehicles and associated equipment. SECAmb and all Link clients will use the Framework Agreement. It may also be used by all other contracting authorities in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It is defined in Regulation 2 of the UK statutory Instrument Public Contract Regulations 10 and detailed in Attachment 1 ("Contract Authorities"). The Framework Agreement covered 8 Lots. Bidders could submit a tender for one or more lots. Lot 1: Supply/conversion of accident and emergency vehicles of a box body construction This lot is for the supply/conversion of accident and emergency vehicles of a box body construction Lot 2: Supply/conversion of accident and emergency vehicles of a van conversion construction (A&E) This lot is for the supply/conversion of accident and emergency vehicles on a van conversion construction Lot 3: Supply/conversion of rapid response vehicles (based on a car or van construction) This Lot is for the supply/conversion of rapid response vehicles (based on a car or van construction) Lot 4: Supply/conversion of patient transport vehicles including multi patient and stretcher variations This lots is for the supply/conversion of patient transport vehicles including multi patient and stretcher variations Lot 5: Supply/conversion of patient transport vehicles including single patient/wheelchair conversions This lot is for the supply/conversion of patient transport vehicles including single patient/wheelchair conversions Lot 6: Supply / Conversion of ambulance service support vehicles, including but not limited to logistical support vehicles, mental health response vehicles and other specialist vehicles. This lot is for the supply / Conversion of ambulance service support vehicles, including but not limited to logistical support vehicles, mental health response vehicles and other specialist vehicles. Lot 7: Lease Finance of Ambulances and Specialist vehicles and associated equipment. This lot is for the provision of lease finance for ambulances, specialist vehicles and associated equipment. This included Ambulance Emergency Response, Patient, transport, Ambulance Support vehicles, and any other specialist vehicles operated (e.g., incident support, logistics, commercial service vehicles, motorbikes). It also included medical equipment, such as defibrillators, monitoring equipment, etc. Lot 8: Vehicle maintenance/management of ambulance and specialist vehicles This lot is for the provision of vehicle maintenance/management of ambulances and specialist vehicles. This included Ambulance Emergency Response, Patient, transport, Ambulance Support vehicles, and any other specialist vehicles operated (e.g., incident support, logistics, commercial service vehicles, motorbikes).
