Opgaven omfattede: - Renhold og tømning af brønde - Grøftoprensning - Rabatprofilering - Udskiftning af karm/rist Kravene til ydelsen var detaljeret beskrevet i kontraktbilagene, mens Ordregivers krav til kontraktvilkår fremgik af udkast til rammeaftale samt AB Service og SB. Kontrakten var en rammeaftale, hvilket indebar, at den vindende tilbudsgiver ikke var garanteret en minimumsomsætning. Ad II.1.6: Anskaffelsen var ikke opdelt i delaftaler. Årsagen hertil var, at det ikke blev vurderet kommercielt og økonomisk hensigtsmæssigt som følge af rammeaftalens omfang og karakter.
