Description

NI Water are required to undertake an Omnibus survey annually to determine consumer satisfaction, based on a representative sample of NI Consumers and to include consumers who contact/don’t contact NI Water to report service issues or request services. This will also measure the awareness of NI Water’s Customer Care Register. On occasion NI Water may require ad-hoc research including, but not limited to, reputational research, behavioural research, customer behaviours and views. Please refer to Appendix 1 - Specifciation for further information
