La présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché public de maintenance du dispositif de vidéoprotection de la ville de Saint-Chamond. Dans le cadre du présent marché, le Maître d'Ouvrage souhaite déléguer, à une entreprise tierce le maintien en condition opérationnelle (Mco) comprenant la maintenance préventive, la maintenance corrective, l'assistance et conseil aux utilisateurs et le Sma : Service de Mise à jour Automatique pour le Vms. La présente consultation relève du code de la commande publique et est menée en procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 et R2161-1 à R2161-5 dudit code. C'est un accord-cadre de services à bons de commande, mono attributaire en application des articles L2125-1, R2162-1 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du code de la commande publique.
