Komplette brænderinstallationer for sikring af overholdelse af EBK-krav under opstart, drift og nedlukning til Næstved Affaldsenergi ovnlinje 2 og 3. Lot 1: Til Næstved AffaldsEnergi fornyede miljøgodkendelse kræves installation af opstarts- og støttebrændere i henhold til reglerne i den kommende bekendtgørelse om affaldsforbrænding med virkning fra november 2023. Derfor udbydes til ovnlinje 2 og 3, komplette brænderinstallationer for sikring af overholdelse af EBK-krav under opstart, drift og nedlukning. Til bestemmelse af brænderkonfigurationen, skal leverancen omfatte en komplet CFD-analyse af ovnlinjer 2 og 3. Leverancen skal desuden omfatte: -Komplet brænderinstallation til Ovn 2 og 3 -Brændselsforsyning -Komplet projektering af Leverancen -Relaterede arbejder på ovn og i kedelhuset. -Projektering, levering og installation af brændertavler og fordelingstavler -Projektering og udførelse af komplette el-installationer -Instrumentering -Platforme og trapper -Idriftsættelse og test af leverancen -Dokumentation og uddannelse -Styringsbeskrivelse og programmeringsgrundlag inklusive programmering og integration i eksisterende kontrolanlæg -Inspektion og godkendelse af 3. part -CE-mærkning - Reservedele
