Description

Die Stadtwerke Tübingen GmbH betreiben zwei BHKW in der Heizzentrale „Eisenhut II" in 72072 Tübingen. Diese BHKWs sollen modernisiert werden. Hierzu sollen zwei neue erdgasbetriebene BHKWs mit einer elektrischen Leistung von jeweils ca. 2 MW geliefert, eingebaut und in Betrieb genommen werden (inkl. Kamin, Wärmetauscher, SCR-Katalysatoren, Gasversorgung Wärmeleitungen, Lüftung, Schmierölversorgung, hydraulische und elektrische Einbindung und Schalldämmung). Die alten BHKWs inkl. der Nebenanlagen sollen ausgebaut werden. Daneben soll das Gebäude statisch ertüchtigt (Reduzierung von Schwingungen und Vibrationen) werden. Zur Effizienzsteigerung der BHKWs sollen zudem neue Wärmepumpen eingebaut werden. Lieferung, Einbau und Inbetriebnahme von zwei BHKW nebst Wärmepumpen und Rohrleitungen sowie der statischen Ertüchtigung des Gebäudes. Vgl. im Übrigen Abschnitt II.1.4) „Kurze Beschreibung".
