These cohorts of typically between 8 and 11 participants will be professionally facilitated by individuals from a business background who have proven experience in applying the Reg Revans action learning methodology as set out in GCs Peer Network Action Learning Playbook. This methodology was successfully scaled up and proven in practice as part of the Peer Networks programme delivered by Growth Hubs across England and is utilised by a range of Action learning organisations. a) Growth Catalyst Action Learning The Growth Catalyst programme will deliver 15 cohorts staggered over 18 months.
