Avinor AS shall procure smoke diving equipment for the fire and rescue service. The objective of the procurement The contract applies to Avinor AS and Svalbard airport AS. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of equipment for smoke diving. The equipment must satisfy NS-EN137:2006 Respirators - Self-sufficient respiratory equipment with open circulation and air under pressure, NS-EN 136:1998 Respiratory protective equipment - Full face masks - Requirements, testing, labelling, applicable provisions are described in ' Veiledning om Røyk- og kjemikaliedykking' ('the Guidance on Smoke and chemical diving') and associated regulations. Avinor AS has 44 airports and 45 fire stations with a total of almost 700 operational employees in the fire and rescue service. Moreover, Avinor's fire stations have different routines for service and maintenance, where the responsibility is given the local superusers who ensure that round-the-clock preparedness is maintained.
