To address the challenges of managing approximately 80 systems with duplication, siloed working, and limited data-driven decision-making capabilities, we have recently purchased Salesforce as a consolidation platform and wish to develop a clear enterprise architecture roadmap. Challenges and Opportunities Data Silos and Duplication: Fragmented systems lead to inefficiencies, inconsistent data quality, and restricted access, hindering collaboration and informed decision-making. Siloed Working: Organisational silos mirror technological silos, creating barriers to cross-departmental communication and integration. Decision-Making Limitations: Incomplete data and lack of unified systems impede the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. b.
