This project will align to our Corporate Plan and Digital Strategy, focusing on customer impact, process simplification, and digital service improvement. Customer-Centric Services Map current services Identify high-impact areas including duplication of data/ systems Highlight potential efficiency gains and cost savings a. Technology Roadmap a. Develop a timeline-based roadmap highlighting key milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes. • Use infographics to illustrate the current vs. future state of technology. a. By presenting this comprehensive yet visually appealing roadmap, you'll provide senior leaders with a clear understanding of how the project aligns with strategic goals. This approach will facilitate informed decision-making and help prioritise initiatives for maximum impact. The business problem you need to solve a. To address the challenges of managing approximately 80 systems with duplication, siloed working, and limited data-driven decision-making capabilities, we have recently purchased Salesforce as a consolidation platform and wish to develop a clear enterprise architecture roadmap. Challenges and Opportunities Data Silos and Duplication: Fragmented systems lead to inefficiencies, inconsistent data quality, and restricted access, hindering collaboration and informed decision-making. Siloed Working: Organisational silos mirror technological silos, creating barriers to cross-departmental communication and integration. Decision-Making Limitations: Incomplete data and lack of unified systems impede the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions. b. Enterprise Architecture Roadmap An enterprise architecture model will provide clarity on current systems, prioritise consolidation efforts, and guide future technology decisions. The roadmap should include: c. Rationalisation: Standardise technology across departments to reduce complexity and improve compatibility. d. Optimisation: Consolidate systems into fewer platforms using Salesforce, focusing on high-impact areas such as CRM, analytics, and reporting. First user type: You will work closely with the management tiers within ICT. As the scope of the project includes a review of the majority of our ICT solutions and architecture, this will affect almost all of our workforce.
