Die Stadt Brandenburg an der Havel ist Schulträger von 22 Schulen und einer sonderpädagogischen Förder- und Beratungsstelle. Sie unterhält, verwaltet und bewirtschaftet die Schulen als pflichtige Selbstverwaltungsaufgabe. Die Unterhaltung und Bewirtschaftung umfasst damit auch die Wartung von Informationstechnik und allen weiteren technischen Geräten und Systeme in diesem Zusammenhang. Lot 1: Alle Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen an der elektronischen Datenverarbeitungstechnik in den Schulen der Stadt Brandenburg an der Havel sind Bestandteil des Verfahrens (ohne Beschaffungsmaßnahmen, ohne die Betreuung des Glasfasernetzwerkes). Die Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen sind in der überwiegenden Mehrzahl vor Ort in den Schulen zu erbringen.
