About the contracting authority NRK is the country's largest media company and has a goal of providing world class content on the internet, mobile platforms, radio, and TV. Our content covers most genres, from news and sport, to children's TV, documentaries, and drama. In order to solve this broad assignment, and to reflect the entire population, our approx. 3400 employees are located in more than 50 locations from Kristiansand in the south to Hammerfest in the north. NRK’s main office is located at Marienlyst in Oslo. The main office for Sami transmissions, NRK Sápmi, is located in Karasjok, and the Public Service is located in Mo i Rana. Lot 1: The objective of the contract/description of the service NRK would like to establish new framework agreements for the hire of equipment within telescopic cranes, gyro-stabilised camera heads, and telescopic pillars. The main objective of the agreements is to facilitate for NRK to have the required capacity and availability to maintain/increase the production capacity in a safer manner and with a sufficient quality to comply with NRK’s requirements. The contract shall also facilitate a high degree of flexibility and a high service level. The contract will have a two year duration from signing of the contract, and the contracting authority will have the option to extend the contract for one year + one year. The framework agreement can be valid for a maximum of 4 years. The expected start-up of the contract is 21 June 2021. A contract will be signed with maximum three framework agreement suppliers.
