TENDER FOR PRIMARY HEAT SOURCE REPLACEMENT AT OMAGH LEISURE COMPLEX 2425 TNDR CP 047I(b)

Description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the replacement of the Primary Heat Source in Omagh Leisure Centre 9 Old Mountfield Road, Lisnamallard, Omagh BT49 7EG The existing Biomass boiler serving the Omagh Leisure Centre, 9 Old Mountfield Road, Lisnamallard, Omagh BT49 7EG is to be replaced with a new gas boiler which is to be connected to the external gas meter. The new boiler is to be installed in the existing Plantroom with the old biomass boiler being removed and environmentally disposed off. Connection to the gas meter located externally is to be completed which includes the excavation and laying of a gas main which is then to be fed into the plant room with the car park trench to be reinstated upon completion. The existing pipework within the plantroom is to be modified to accommodate the new boiler and to remedy inefficiencies caused by existing pipework configuration. The existing LPG gas boilers are to be converted to run on natural gas supply. The boiler is to be maintained for a 2 year period to maintain the manufactures warranty. The scope of works detailed within this tender is for the design development (where required), detailing, manufacturing, installation, works testing, supply, delivery and handing over of the complete installation in working order. The tender must be for the complete installation as detailed within the tender documentation including all incidental sundry components necessary for the complete execution of the work.
