PAS138F - Pre-Market Consultation for the Renewal of Multi-Supplier Framework Agreements for Business, Management and ICT Consultancy Services The Office of Government Procurement is issuing this Pre-Market Consultation (“PMC”) as a market sounding exercise in advance of the publication of a competitive procurement process for Business, Management and ICT Consultancy Services towards the end of 2024. This may result in the establishment of one or more Frameworks or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies. This is not a call for competition. a. Gain a better understanding of current capacity and any changes in the supply market since the last national Framework Competition was run for Business, Management and ICT Consultancy Services (2022). b. Gather specific market place information to supplement and build upon the success of the current Framework, and to identify any necessary amendments to the scope and specifications. All responses must be received in Microsoft Word format by Close of Business on Thursday, 19 September 2024.
