This document is an Invitation To Quote (ITQ) for the provision of Broadband Connectivity Services for Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (“the Authority”), under the Crown Commercial Service’s Gigabit Capable Connectivity Framework Agreement, no. RM6095. Torbay & South Devon NHS is seeking proposals from qualified providers for the procurement of high-speed, reliable FTTP broadband lines to support the SD-WAN deployment across 15 GP Surgeries. This broadband infrastructure will enhance network performance, enable secure access to cloud-based healthcare applications, and improve operational efficiency. The initial deployment must be completed by March 31, 2025, to meet critical project timelines.
