Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vertrags ist die Entsorgung von Altmaterial, Vernichtung von elektronischen Datenträgern und Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten für die Regierung von Schwaben. Die Entsorgungen sind nach den Vorschriften DIN 66399, ISO 9001 Zertifikat, EFBV Zertifikat und §2 Abs. 1 ElektroG i.V.m. Anlage 1 ElektroG durchzuführen. Der Auftrag wird losweise vergeben. Die Aufteilung der Lose basiert auf Grundlage der jeweiligen Leistungsorte . Eine Angebotsabgabe für nur einzelne Liegenschaften innerhalb eines Loses ist nicht möglich. Los 1 - Verwaltung; Los 2 - ANKER Bereich. Die Details des Auftrags entnehmen Sie bitte beiliegendem Rahmenvertrag. Der Vertrag beginnt am 01.01.2024 um 0.00 Uhr und endet am 31.12.2025 um 24:00 Uhr. Verlängerungsoption möglich bis zum 31.12.2026 um 24.00 Uhr. Die Zuschlagserteilung ist zeitnah nach Auswertung der eingegangenen Angebote geplant. Der beigefügte Dienstleistungsvertrag wird nach Zuschlagserteilung entsprechend übersandt und dient zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt lediglich Ihrer Information. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt vorbehaltlich der Bereitstellung entsprechender Haushaltsmittel.
