The Sovini Group (“Sovini”) are looking to put into place an agreement for the provision of Mobile Device and Mobile Network Connectivity to be utilised by all present and future members of The Sovini Group. Lot 1: The Sovini Group (“Sovini”) are looking to put into place an agreement for the provision of Mobile Device and Mobile Network Connectivity to be utilised by all present and future members of The Sovini Group. •Provide 5G mobile network connectivity via SIM to existing and new mobile devices •Aggregate of pooled mobile data across our SIM connections •Provision of a technology fund proposal •Smooth transition from current provider by May 2023 in line with current contract provisions to agile workers within the Merseyside/ North-west region. •Provide suitable training requirements by May 2023. •Ability to order Supervised iOS and Zero Touch Android mobile devices •Compatible with Ivanti Neurons (formally MobileIron) Mobile Device Management solution •Ability to mix/match Voice, Text & 4G/5G Data tariffs to suit the business •Ability to cap tariffs to ensure no overspend •Ability to restrict SIM’s to allow only Voice or Data or Text or combination of all three •Flexibility to allow the growth and expansion of additional SIM connections and mobile devices to suit the business •Online Portal (ordering, reporting, administration of usage, GDPR compliance, overview of devices etc.) •Ability for Team Integration It is anticipated the number of connections will be subject to fluctuation and we require the awarded supplier to be flexible within the approach during contract life. The Total SIM connections currently are 2345 .
