Application Process: - Complete the attached MS Forms EOI by the closing date (31st January 2025). Collaboration is at the very heart of our ethos, and as an existing provider delivering Employability Services, Supported Employment, Individual Placement Support Services, and specialised localised services we are looking for like-minded organisations to join us as a delivery partner for the upcoming Connect to Work opportunities. So, if you share our values and have expertise in providing IPS services, Supported Employment Services, Employability Services or specialised local services for specified cohorts, we'd love to hear from you. Please indicate your interest in partnering with us by completing our online 'Expression of Interest' (EOI) below, outlining the services you offer. https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=c2N7y57PGkCegWGpBbQ6Zpi0dng80tNKl0S7FH5sQnhUMUpVWTNWV0pCSVlXSUZUS0FERFdUSU1NRi4u&route=shorturl Payment Mechanism: TBC Seetec Contracting entity: Seetec Business Technology Centre (SBTC) T&Cs TBC, but will likely include KPIs and SLAs such as: - Participant progress updates - Attendance reporting - Case study submissions - Contract management reviews - Progress into work, post course completion Specific requirements and capabilities: - Supplier must be able to deliver employability services, either through an IPS, Supported Employment or specialist employability model - Supplier must pass the Seetec due diligence process once notified of intent to award (template attached for your information). - Supplier must have experience working with economically inactive individuals - Any bids that do not answer all questions or requirements will be immediately discounted, and the supplier will not be notified. Please note, this does not constitute an offer to work with your organisation, but is the first stage in our selection process. For organisations successful at EOI stage, we will undertake further due diligence and commercial pricing analysis to make our final selection of partners. Thank you for your interest in working with us. Additional information: EOI Scoring: Our EOIs are scored fairly and transparently. Organisational details are unscored, and used for reference only. Yes/no questions such as "is your organisation interested in end to end delivery?" are unscored and used for reference only. Some "yes/no" questions may be scored. Qualitative questions are generally scored out of 5, as per the below: 5: Response meets requirements in all material respects and is extremely likely to deliver the required outcome. 4: Response meets the requirement in most material requests but is lacking or inconsistent in some minor respects. 3: Response meets requirements in certain material respects and provides certain information which is relevant but is lacking / inconsistent in material respects. 2: Response falls short of achieving the expected standard in a number of identifiable respects. 1: Response significantly fails to meet standards required. Contains significant shortcomings or is inconsistent with other proposals / responses. 0: No responses provided or response not relevant to question.
