The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a city wide Breastfeeding campaign promoting and normalising breastfeeding across Birmingham. Birmingham City Council is looking for a creative behaviour change or social marketing agency to research, plan, deliver and evaluate a phased marketing and PR campaign focusing on breastfeeding. This will be a media and PR campaign engaging with parents who may not be looking to breastfeed, may not ordinarily communicate with breastfeeding support professionals or seek out positive breastfeeding narratives. This includes, but is not limited to, fathers and non-birthing partners, wider family and siblings, employers and policymakers. This contract will be for a period of 6 months commencing 1st October 2024 until 31st March 2025. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
