East Lothian Council are seeking a contractor, under Scottish Procurement Alliance PB3 Public Building Construction and Infrastructure Framework, for the construction of a New Engine Shed to house Locomotives and heavy equipment currently stored in the Bathhouse, the upgrade and improvements to the existing Bathhouse building and repairs to other structures and artefacts on the site.
