Description

Hampshire County Council (HCC) is carrying out this market engagement exercise to aid in the proposed re-procurement of The Children's Services Overnight Respite Open Framework. The primary objective of the online market engagement exercise is to understand the capabilities and capacity within the market, and to identify how the market can support the Council and gain insight into the most suitable delivery model. The Council intends to engage with the market via an Online Engagement Event to gauge interest and opinion on service delivery. The current service is delivered through a Light Touch Open Framework which was procured under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This re-procurement will be procured under the Procurement Act 2023. This is an opportunity to influence and shape the future delivery of the service. The Online Engagement Event is scheduled to take place on Thursday 6th March 2025 at 10am-11:30am Booking attendance to the Online event will be managed via Intend correspondence. For more information on how to book onto this event and receive an invitation to the online meeting please see below. Lot 1: The Council is currently exploring its options regarding the best route to market, including considering the use of lots to meet the requirements. As such, the Council cannot confirm if the contract will contain lots at this point. Details will be confirmed in the Tender Notice when the opportunity is advertised. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an indication of potential future procurement activity only. The procurement route and procedures are still to be decided and will be informed by information and feedback from interested organisations who attend the online event. For further Information please go to the Council's e-tendering website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire. In order to book a place at the event you must first register with In-Tend (if you have not already done so) and express an interest in the project. We recommend that you refer to the e-tendering guidance for suppliers which can be found by clicking on 'Information for Suppliers' at the top of the home page. In-Tend correspondence should be used to notify the Council of delegates names and contact details to book attendance to the event. Booking Instructions In order to book a place(s) please confirm your attendance via the Correspondence function on the project. You must provide the intended attendees name, their job/role title, organisation name, email address and contact telephone number. If there is a particular topic you would like to hear about, please send your suggestion via Intend correspondence and we will consider your proposal for discussion during the event. Please use this method of communication if you have any questions about this event. Additional information: This is a market information exercise only, information gathered, and feedback supplied during the online event, will help shape the proposed future procurement. Suppliers will be neither advantaged nor disadvantaged from involvement in this exercise.
