National Resilience team are looking to uplift the catastrophic bleed capability on all front-line appliances within Wales. The uplift will complement fire crew’s trauma equipment by adding a further four more Tourniquet, Chitogauze, Bandage Civilian 4” and 8” and Russell Chest Seal.
