Insurance requirements for the contracting authority Lot 1: Property and Related Covers Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage, business interruption, money, all risks, computer, contract works and fidelity guarantee. Lot 2: Residential Leasehold Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage and property owners liability. Lot 3: Casualty and Related Covers Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: employers, public, products and pollution liabilities, officials indemnity (including land charges, libel/slander & public health act) and Professional indemnity. Lot 4: Motor Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: comprehensive cover for private & commercial motor vehicles including special types and third party liability. Lot 5: Fine Art Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage on an agreed value basis Lot 6: Terrorism Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: property damage resulting from an act of terrorism Lot 7: Personal Accident Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: personal accident to employees, members and volunteers Lot 8: Engineering Insurance Insurance services for the contracting authority for the following risks: engineering property damage including breakdown Lot 9: Engineering Inspection Statutory inspection of mechanical, electrical, pressure and lifting equipment
