Any remedial work needs to be undertaken as follows:▶ Any category 1 (immediate risk) work should be undertaken immediately (at initial visits). Evidence of any category 1 failures (such as photographs) should be made available to the customer upon request.▶ Any category 2 work should be reported to the Customer Contract Manager who commissioned the report with no delays (ordinarily on the day of finding), and only completed with the client’s explicit consent (up to an agreed value of £150).
