Stavanger kommune ved Bymiljø og utbygging [Stavanger Municipality c/o Urban Environment and Development] (BMU), hereby invites interested suppliers to apply for qualification in the dynamic purchasing system for building administration. The system includes procurements of administrative roles in the municipality's building and construction projects. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/146147585.aspx The following roles will be procured via this dynamic purchasing system: — PL Project Manager — PGL Engineering Design Group Manager — BHO Builder's Representative — BL Construction Manager — KP HSE/SHA Coordinator Engineering Design (ref. BHF) — KU HSE/SHA Coordinator execution (ref. BHF) — ITB Coordinator. All qualified applicants will be included in the scheme. Application and inclusion will occur ongoing during the entire duration of the scheme. Contests will be published within the scheme. Need, scope, requirement of supplier and award criteria will be in the individual contests. The value of the system is anticipated to be in the size order of NOK 10 million excluding VAT annually. This value is not binding for the contracting authority in regards to call-offs in the scheme. Request for suppliers wanting to be included in the dynamic purchasing system. For suppliers who are included in the dynamic purchasing system there will be little risk and little work involved in seeking inclusion in the system. The tenderers in the dynamic system receive notices and information when new contests within the system are published. Stavanger Municipality encourages all interested supplier to seek admission to the system. The contracting authority's aim is to adapt the procurement that is being published in the dynamic purchasing system. This means that not all qualified suppliers are required to be able to deliver on all requested roles. Suppliers decide themselves which contests they wish to participate in. Application requirements Documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirements must be sent in connection with application to the dynamic system. Updated documentation of the requirements will be requested from the winner in the different contests. Applications can be sent throughout the entire duration of the dynamic system (2031). We therefore encourage suppliers to submit application as soon as possible, as only qualified suppliers will be given access to the municipality's contests in this system.
