Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced web developer, who has specific experience in delivering the following services; I. Development of a new corporate website to replace its existing site https://www.trivallis.co.uk/en/ II. Hosting services III. Ongoing maintenance and technical support The website will require the following technical requirements, as part of it’s overall functionality, but shall not be limited to; I. Wordpress CMS II. Third-party services or APIs III. Hosting requirements IV. Accessibility V. Code Validation VI. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) VII. Compatibility with Welsh Language Standards VIII. Web Browser / Device compatibility The purpose and goals of the website are to be able to; I. To reduce demand on our helpdesk call volumes for routine enquiries by making it easy for tenants to access services through our site. II. To improve customer satisfaction and trust by providing information and resources they need through the site. III. To promote and improve the reputation of Trivallis, its tenants, homes and neighbourhoods. IV. Link to Trivallis’ current Networx HR System to ensure a seamless experience for job candidates. Please note that Trivallis, utilising the Government procurement policy notice 11/20 have opted to reserve the opportunity to suppliers located within the geographical location of South Wales with a view to support domestic supply chains and promote resilience and capacity within the region. Any bids received from contractors/suppliers who are based outside of South Wales will not be taken forward to evaluation.
