Die Charité CFM Facility Management GmbH (CFM), die Tochter der Charité ? Universitätsmedizin Berlin (Charité), hat einen Bedarf für eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln, die an verschiedene Charité-Standorte zu liefern sind. Aus diesem Grund wird die Beschaffung von Waren europaweit als Dynamisches Beschaffungssystem ausgeschrieben, in deren Folge Vereinbarungen je Los geschlossen werden. Es werden insgesamt 23 Lose ausgeschrieben. Das Dynamische Beschaffungssystem "Lieferung von Lebensmitteln" beginnt mit Teilnahmebestätigung (für zukünftigen Bieterpool) und hat eine feste Laufzeit bis zum 30.06.2026. Nachfolgend ist eine zweimalige optionale Verlängerung um je 1 Jahr möglich. Das Dynamische Beschaffungssystem "Lieferung von Lebensmitteln" endet spätestens zum 30.06.2028 oder vor Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit mit Erreichen der Höchstwerte des jeweiligen Loses.
