The Management & Promotion of Stockport Town Centre Managed Sites

Description

STAR Procurement on behalf of Stockport Council wishes to appoint a management company to maximise income on allocated sites in Stockport Town Centre. To promote and mange the commercialisation opportunities for the designated town centre managed sites to a range of organisations to generate revenue and help animate the town centre. This will include : • Actively promoting the managed sites to commercial organisations • Managing the commercial and non- commercial, (e.g. Public campaigns), bookings of the sites • Monitoring all bookings • Providing accurate information to the Council on request regarding bookings; including breakdown of bookings by category. • Generating income through booking
