This core specification defines the essential services and deliverables required by all stakeholders. Lot Lot 1- Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource: PD Ports- Provision of Temporary Agency Resource Lot No. Lot 1- Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource - The Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource is designed to optimize staffing solutions across PD Ports by establishing partnerships with select vendors who can deliver specialized temporary workforce solutions. This model ensures that PD Ports can swiftly adapt to fluctuating operational demands while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. The lot is divided into three distinct sub-lots, each targeting a specific area of operations within PD Ports: Sub-lot 1. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Teesport Operations) This sub-lot involves the direct supply and management of temporary staffing resources for Teesport Operations. The preferred vendor will work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient placement of temporary workers, maintaining high service standards and compliance with operational requirements. Sub-lot 2. Preferred Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Logistics): This sub-lot covers the provision of temporary labour tailored specifically for logistics operations within PD Ports. Lot Lot 2- Managed Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource: PD Ports- Provision of Temporary Agency Resource Lot No. Lot 2- Managed Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource - The Managed Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource is structured to deliver a fully integrated staffing solution across PD Ports, utilizing a managed service provider (MSP) to oversee and optimize the entire process of temporary workforce management. This model is designed to ensure operational continuity and compliance while adapting to the dynamic demands of PD Ports. Lot 2 is organized into three specialized sub-lots, each catering to specific operational needs: Sub-lot 1. Managed Vendor Model for Agency Temporary Resource (Teesport Operations): This sub-lot requires a managed service provider (MSP) to oversee the comprehensive management of temporary staffing for Teesport Operations.
