Betreuung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Internetportals "www.engagiert-in-nrw.de" (Online Redaktion) einschließlich Newsletter sowie von Social-Media-Kanälen. Lot 1: Es wird ein Auftragnehmer gesucht, der die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: Multimediale, zielgruppengerechte Erstellung redaktioneller Inhalte aus dem Bereich bürgerschaftliches Engagement, Online-Redaktion und Pflege des Internetauftritts von www.engagiert-in-nrw.de sowie der damit verknüpften Ausspielwege in den Sozialen Medien und Versand eines monatlich erscheinenden Newsletters. Das in der Staatskanzlei des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen zuständige Referat für Bürgerschaftliches Engagement (im Folgenden Referat III 7 genannt) sucht einen Dienstleister, der die Betreuung des o.g. Portals übernehmen kann. Der Auftrag-nehmer übernimmt eigeninitiativ, selbstständig und verantwortlich sowie in Abstim-mung mit dem Referat III 7 die redaktionelle Bearbeitung und Aktualisierung des Portals. Die tagesaktuelle Pflege der Informationen wird vom Auftragnehmer mithilfe des Content Management Systems (CMS) Drupal im Layoutdesign des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen (nrwGOV) ausgeführt. Ferner erstellt der Auftragnehmer mo-natlich erscheinende Newsletter in enger Abstimmung mit dem Referat III 7 redaktionell und versendet diese eigenständig. Im Übrigen siehe Leistungsbeschreibung.
