The DPS will be divided into three (3) lots based on the following product categories: Category A: The purchase of second-hand Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) comprising six seats or more in addition to the driver’s seat. Category B: The purchase of second-hand wheelchair accessible vehicle/disabled person’s vehicle. Category C: The purchase of second-hand Panel Vans. Further information of the required goods and related services is described in Appendix 1 of the DPSQ. Please note that this is a Dynamic Purchasing System. In summary, a Dynamic Purchasing system is divided into two stages: 1. DPS Qualification: where applicants are evaluated and qualified to the DPS based on the submitted documents as per item 2.2 of the DPS document. Once applicant has been qualified they will be included on future DPS tenders for the lots they have applied for. 2. DPS Tender: once the initial applicant qualification is completed, each of the SJOG CS regions will issue their own DPS tender when the need for goods/services under this DPS is identified. The DPS tender will be issued to all applicants that have been qualified by the date of the issue of the DPS Tender. The detailed vehicle specification will be sent according to what is needed by the region at the DPS Tender stage.
