Le marché concerne l ' exploitation et la maintenance de ses équipements CVC (climatisation, chauffage, eau chaude sanitaire et ventilation) avec une clause d'intéressement sur les consommations énergétiques liées au chauffage des locaux.Les prestations sont décrites dans le CCTPLe marché est de type :P1 : Fourniture d'énergie (chauffage et ECS) avec une clause d'intéressement sur les consommations de type MTi. Puis fourniture d'énergie (chauffage et ECS) dans le cadre d'un marché type Tiers - Payeur à compter du 1 er janvier 2026.P2 : Maintenance préventive et corrective des installations CVC.P3 : Garantie Totale des installations ainsi qu'un plan de renouvellement des équipements sur la durée du marché.
