Procurement of Public Relations, Public Affairs and Communications support services Lot 1: Develop and deliver an integrated Communications Strategy that supports Ferguson Marine’s business plan Robust Press Office service including evening and weekend cover, managing reactive enquiries efficiently and effectively Proactive Media Relations around milestones, business updates and news Media monitoring and sharing relevant press coverage Provide Senior Strategic Counsel and reputation management advice to the CEO, Accountable Officer, FMPG Board and Senior Leadership Team Support effective liaison with the Scottish Government sponsor team and other stakeholders including updates to relevant committees Develop and deliver an effective stakeholder engagement strategy including community, industry and political outreach Conduct horizon scanning and provide Ferguson Marine with regular insight on emerging political and industry developments Manage all Social Media, especially LinkedIn channel – content development and community management Manage the FMPG website ensuring information is kept up to date and accurate including uploading news stories and updates Manage and maintain suite of branded communications materials for events, community outreach and industry engagement. This includes video, presentations, and event collateral and merchandise Manage and support a Public Affairs strategy, including media training for press interviews and Committee appearances Support delivery of internal Employee Engagement communication activity Regular reporting and evaluation including fortnightly/monthly meetings with the Ferguson Marine contract lead
