Refurbishment of 164 sqm of the office space occupied by BSO on the second floor of 12/22 Linenhall Street. Works to include removal of carpets, ceilings, partitions and doors / frames, skirtings, power and data, services (alarm, water etc..) disconnection, blinds and any remaining loose items. Refurbishment works to include new carpet, ceilings, acoustic measures, new partitions, new door openings, new electronic and data connections to match layout, alterations to mechanical services and services to match new layout.
