El-teknisk ejendomsservice udføres i Folketingets bygninger (Christiansborg Slot, Søndre Løngang, Kirke Løngang, Forbindelsesbygningen, Provianthuset, Rigsdagsgården 11A-13B, Chr. Brygge 6, Rigsarkivbygningen og Folketingets medlemsboliger (Tordenskjoldsgade og Anker Heegaards Gade) i alt ca. 78.000m2. De typiske arbejdsområder er: 1. Stærkstrøm, herunder el-installationer og belysning 2. PDS- og fiberinstallationer 3. Øvrige svagstrømsanlæg 4. Akutte opgaver Opgaverne er nærmere beskrevet i bilag 2, Opgavens omfang. Rammeaftalen omfatter både drift- og vedligeholdelsesopgaver samt nye opgaver. Der er i gennemsnit behov for 3 elektrikere på fuld tid, inkl. 1 programmør/tekniker, der udgør et fast team. Der er herudover behov for at kunne tilkalde yderligere elektrikere til akutte opgaver.
