Provision of Diagnostic Assessments for Children and Young People Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Lot 1: Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a provider for the Provision of Diagnostic Assessments for Children and Young People Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)<br/><br/>The initial contract term will be 6 months for up to 500 assessments, with an option to extend for a further 6 months at the sole discretion of the Authority.<br/><br/>It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 01/01/2025.<br/><br/><br/>This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice . The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
