This also applies to how many refugees arrive in Norway due to the war, and when it will be possible for the refugees to return. It is important for Bodø municipality to facilitate for people who have been exiled from their own country to live full and have good occupancy while they are in Norway. It is therefore important that Bodø municipality, in an efficient manner, can provide a sufficient number of housings as needed. In addition to the above-mentioned situation, Bodø municipality wants to use the purchasing system for hiring and buying modular buildings to cover the municipality's social housing objectives for the short and medium period of 1-10 years.
