The manufacture, supply, and commissioning of a neutron source with suitable performance factors (sufficient neutron flux, reproduceable and stable operational output, and high reliability) to reach a flux output of 1013 n/cm2/s. In regard to the above we require delivery of a NSG within 24 months with a further 12 months allowed in order to the machine to be fully operational 1013 n/cm2/s. A maintenance service provision (10 years) from point of delivery to UKAEA and will include the provision for both planned and unplanned maintenance tasks supported by a Service Level Agreement.
