Dynamic purchasing system for communication assignments

Bufdir is establishing a dynamic purchasing system with relevant suppliers for assistance with communication services. The scheme will cover the need for assistance with clearly defined communication assignments - see the attached needs description. The call-offs on the contract can vary between short, time-limited assignments, and assignments that run for a longer period. The contract can be used by Bufdir and the five regions in Bufetat.
