ECO4 and GBIS Flex Managing Agent Services

Falkirk Council invites tenders for the provision of ECO4 and GBIS Managing Agent Services, to any location within the Falkirk Council area Lot 1: Falkirk Council wish to undertake a tendering process, with committed and experienced participants who can work with the Council in providing Managing Agent Services for the delivery of ECO4 and GBIS Flex. Government ECO4 and GBIS Flex scheme provides funding for domestic properties for energy efficiency and heating improvements, providing certain eligibility criteria are met. The successful Participant would manage the administrative side of installations under this scheme, such as gathering information on eligibility, liaising with installers, and passing on eligibility information to the Council, to sign declarations. The Managing Agent will also liaise their own established framework of Trustmark approved and certified Installers, to implement improvements and also provide aftercare to the Property Owner / Private Tenants, where the ECO4 and GBIS energy efficiency improvements have been installed. All Contractors selected by the Managing Agent for installation of the energy efficiency measures must be backed by TrustMark, being TrustMark approved and certified contractors. Administrative fee must be charged to the Managing Agent’s own framework Contractors with no cost being incurred to the Council. Service delivery locations include any geographical location throughout the Falkirk Council boundary.. There is no GBP value to this contract and therefore the contract shall be evaluated on award criteria based on 100% quality and 0% price.
