In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of assistance to ComReg, if required, in relation to the creation of a Nuisance Communications Industry Forum to facilitate the implementation of the Decision Instruments (DIs) published in response to ComReg Consultation 23/52. Shortened Response deadline is being used under Regulation 27(3) of the Procurement Regulations 2016. For Full details please refer to the Tender Procurement Documents. This public procurement competition (“Competition”) is divided into Three lots. Each Each Lot will result in a separate contract. The Lots are: • Lot 1 – Chairperson for the Nuisance Communications Industry Forum Steering Group (appendix 7) • Lot 2 – Chairperson for the Nuisance Communications Industry Forum Technical Sub-Groups – Voice and SMS (appendix 8) • Lot 3 – Secretarial Services to Support the Chairperson of the Steering Group and Chairperson of both Technical Sub-Groups (appendix 9) Tenderers may respond to one, two or all three Lots. The latest time stamped Zip File ( prior to Response Deadline) will be the Master Tender Application for Lot Application (s). It is important to note that you must ensure you ASSOCIATE your company with this competition in order to obtain all Contract Procurement Documentation and be informed of all updates. The Contract Procurement Documentation provides all details required to complete tender application(s) It is also essential that all application documents identify which Lot it is in reference to. NB - Please upload your entire response ( for all lots) as ONE ZIP FILE to protect the integrity of the file names.
